GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:
The following steps should be followed to fill the Online Application Form:
Step 1: Read the instructions carefully and click on the ‘I AGREE’ button, then click on the PROCEED button.
Step 2: The Online Application Form will appear. Please read and fill the Application Form carefully. Fields marked with * are mandatory. (Incomplete forms will not be accepted.)
Step 3: For sibling details, enter the Admission Number and press Enter. The details will be automatically fetched.
Step 4: Click on Submit. An acknowledgement slip will be generated for your record, along with your User ID and Password. Please ensure you allow the pop-up blocker. Note that once the form is filled, it cannot be edited. You will also receive the User ID and Password via SMS on your registered mobile number.
Step 5: Log in using the User ID and Password, and take a printout of the form on A4 sheets only (after receiving the Acknowledgement). Submit the printed form along with all the required documents (photocopies) to the school.
